Booked Out with Bre

I’m your host, Bre Cain, and I’m here to help you unapologetically book out your business and your life. When I became a mom over six years ago, I thought that I had to choose between being a mom or having a career. I originally went back to my 9 to 5 and I lasted three months then I realized that my priorities had completely changed. So, I became a stay at home mom and it has been a roller coaster ride over reclaiming my sovereignty within motherhood, womanhood, and entrepreneurship. I truly believe that as moms, we can have it all; the booming business, being booked out with clients were obsessed with, being present during our time with our children, and having the ability to say yes to what lights us up and no to what doesn’t. I have built a six figure business in part time hours from home alongside my kids & I want to teach you how to do this too! I started my business as a virtual assistant to now helping women get paid & be unapologetic in motherhood. I am here to normalize 5-figure months & moms having it all. If you want to do that too, get ready for candid conversations on what motherhood and business look like when you decide to claim it all! In this episode of Booked Out with Bre, I am sharing with you all of the exciting upgrades that are happening in Mom to VA and how now is the time to start your Virtual Assistant business. I start out by talking about my personal journey from working in a corporate job to becoming a successful virtual assistant (VA). I share my reasons for seeking out a career that was both flexible and autonomous, which was crucial for me to be able to put motherhood first. My success in this field inspired me to create the Mom to VA program, which is designed to assist other moms in becoming successful VAs.
I share all the exciting information about the latest enhancements to the program, such as the introduction of a funnel system for more effective lead generation, the development of advanced pricing strategies, the art of negotiation techniques, and expert sessions that delve into the nuances of digital marketing. I highlight the personalized support that the program offers, including one-on-one coaching sessions and a comprehensive digital marketing toolkit to help participants thrive.
I'm so excited about what is to come in Mom to VA to empower moms to build their dream businesses and achieve the work-life balance they desire.

In this episode of Booked Out with Bre, I've put together this awesome three-step process that I really believe can help you hit that amazing $10K month milestone.

First things first, we've got to talk about how you're putting your message out there. It's all about making sure it's crystal clear so that the perfect clients—the ones you're dreaming of working with—just can't resist coming your way.

Next up, let's dive into the power of community. I'm all about building those genuine connections because, let's face it, doing business is way more fun when you feel like you're part of a tribe, right?

And here's the real game-changer: flipping the script on selling. I want you to think of it as extending an invite to someone to work with you. It's not pushy; it's just offering them a seat at your fabulous table!Plus, we can't forget about the magic of social proof. When others sing your praises, new clients listen.

I'm super passionate about empowering all you wonderful women and moms out there in the business world. And guess what? I've got a masterclass in the works that's going to help you level up even more. Can't wait to share it with you!

In this episode of Booked Out with Bre Podcast, I'm super stoked to chat with Mom to VA student Brittany. She's got this incredible tale of flipping her world upside down, going from the corporate grind to rocking it as a boss virtual assistant business owner. After months of soaking up all the wisdom from my live trainings, Brittany snagged this sweet chance to handle social media for an old co-worker’s business. And just like that, her own VA empire was born. What I love about this is she is a small town, North Dakota mom that just leaned into her network. Brittany shares great tips and wisdom for those of you in the first stages of booking your virtual assistant clients. I hope this leaves you feeling like opportunities are all around you, even if you live in a small town!

So, grab your headphones, get comfy, and let's get inspired by Brittany’s story!

I am one that juggles all the hats of a successful business owner and a mother of three, and I dive into the pivotal role that identity and mindset play in the virtual assistant industry. I open up about my personal journey, transitioning from being a stay-at-home mom to becoming a thriving entrepreneur. This stemmed from a great question in regards to negativity and mindset work, but we dive even deeper. There is a missing key that I see when it comes to people who have access to all the same resources, some soar and some stay stuck and I want to help you sky-rocket to success beyond your logical mind limitations. And the key to that is identity.

I'm here to give you 4 practical steps on how to embody the identity of the success you desire and ensure that the way you see yourself matches up with your business aspirations. I'm also excited to talk about my Mom to VA program, which I created to empower other moms to build their own successful careers while still prioritizing family time. I emphasize the power of belief, the magic of imagination, and the significance of surrounding yourself with positivity to carve out a successful path as a virtual assistant.
